Carbonara Fettuccine with Sausage

Hi ! Now I would like to share with you another recipe. I have cook carbonara fettucinne on previous holiday for my sister & brother because they love it.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 onion, sliced
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper, divided, plus additional to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 12 links of smoke sausage, diced or sliced
  • A bottle of Prego(carbonara mushroom)
  • A cup of fresh milk
  • A packet of spaghetti or fettucinne

INSTRUCTIONS: 
  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet on medium-high, heat oil. Add sausage to skillet. Cook for about 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until lightly browned and heated through.
  2.  Add shallots, salt and 1/8 tsp pepper and saute for about 4 minutes, stirring frequently, until lightly browned. 
  3. After that, add Prego carbonara mushroom sauce and fresh milk. Stir well until cooked.
  4. To boiling water, add pasta and cook al dente according to package directions. Drain and return pasta to pot, off of the heat.
  5. Serve pasta with carbonara mushroom sauce.
  6. Sprinkle with parsley leaf if you like.
