Hi ! Now I would like to share with you another recipe. I have cook carbonara fettucinne on previous holiday for my sister & brother because they love it.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 onion, sliced
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper, divided, plus additional to taste
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 12 links of smoke sausage, diced or sliced
- A bottle of Prego(carbonara mushroom)
- A cup of fresh milk
- A packet of spaghetti or fettucinne
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet on medium-high, heat oil. Add sausage to skillet. Cook for about 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until lightly browned and heated through.
- Add shallots, salt and 1/8 tsp pepper and saute for about 4 minutes, stirring frequently, until lightly browned.
- After that, add Prego carbonara mushroom sauce and fresh milk. Stir well until cooked.
- To boiling water, add pasta and cook al dente according to package directions. Drain and return pasta to pot, off of the heat.
- Serve pasta with carbonara mushroom sauce.
- Sprinkle with parsley leaf if you like.
